I got a trainer who was not certified, but it says he is, just not in this country. Did the most basic moves when I was clear I wanted to work on form & strength training. This guy would put me on a treadmill for 15min & then go smoke a cigarette. There is no support, you can text only w/someone who doesn’t care at all bcuz they don’t have a phone. Live & learn. If I wanted to hand my $ to an overweight cigarette smoker I’d be buying drinks in the biker not strength training. This guy suxs & there is no help to be had. Be aware of these guys!

Cindy is the first personal trainer I have worked with and I find her professional and knowledgeable, but also willing to listen to my concerns and offer modifications. After eight sessions, I know I have gained strength and flexibility. I intend to continue working with her. I am looking forward to resuming international travel now that I have the strength and confidence to schlep around.

Nicole is a great trainer. She has a deep knowledge of rehab along with exercise and muscle strengthening and I'm always looking forward to working with her with my partner and how she can adapt, modify and personalize our workouts for our different ability levels.

I really enjoyed a virtual training session using FYT. It was well worth my invesestment and the session with Kathy D exceeded my expectations. Ohhlala! Ouch in the best way. It was just the MOJO BOOST I needed. motivating too.

In just about a month with Noah as a trainer, I have already lost weight and feel stronger! He has also been very understanding and attentive to exercises that cause pain (due to prior injuries) and always has a new plan in place while still pushing me to accomplish my goals.
