I didn’t know what to expect, Nola was very professional, yet personable.
Bran is amazing -- like everyone here who is his client has said in one way or another. He doesn't push to an extent that makes for an unpleasant experience and he tailors the training to the person. I really appreciate his training and he is just a really nice guy too.
I knew that I needed some help with getting back into a regular routine, but I needed someone that had the ability to incorporate health and wellness into the science of working out; in other words I needed someone that knew their stuff and not just looked the part. I had taken a long hiatus from having worked out all of my life and this comeback was different having sustained a meniscus injury and mild kidney issues that forced me to switch my macros completely up. I was lost knowing that protein was the best way to build muscle. I did a little research for trainers in my area, ran across Eliot, looked at his bio and the rest is history. Eliot is knowledgeable from an educational and personal experience perspective and it shows. Most importantly he loves what he does, so you’re not a number or a client with him, but a person with a unique story and unique fitness needs and he has the patience to listen and execute based upon those factors. I’m a little hard/headed, but Eliot handles it with ease. Despite a few challenges that I’ve had from a health standpoint I can feel myself getting stronger in just a short 3 week timespan. Give it 3 months and my husband had better watch out (lol).

Just recovering from stomach surgery, Carlos was great since lost severe amount of muscle in a month, he emphasized all the muscles while had some atrophy in my months absence not really do much of anything
I'm the kind of person who stops when I'm tired, not when I'm actually done. I decided to get a trainer for accountable. I chose Jamie because she looks like she knows what she is doing. She walks the walk. Her schedule also was a fit for me. Her workouts kick my butt every time. No nonsense, just hard work. Perfect.
I have had an amazing experience with their trainers. They are knowledgeable in physical therapy as well so it is an amazing deal. They have helped me learn how to build muscle in my core and lift weights without hurting my spine. I am grateful and so many doors are open for me now in my health journey.

I was able to search through trainers and their available times, to find someone who's a great fit for me and my lifestyle and goals. Good price transparency, and easy to get set up and scheduled. Courtney is amazing, and I'm really enjoying working with her.
Baris is the real deal! He pushes you in a nice way and Really keeps things moving In the session. He mixes up the workout so it is never old. He really understands exercise, And also works on flexibility, balance And nutrition. He is kind and funny. In a short period of time he helped me lose a lot of weight Have more energy throughout the day and gain much more flexibility.
Coach Christine Henderson has helped me with my eating habits by using technology and behavioral goal setting techniques. I would track my health habits, such as meals and exercise, in a health application and Coach Christine will monitor and provide feedback on my inputs. We would connect with each other frequently, and when I would get off track, she would be there to get me back in focus with helpful information. I lost about 10lbs in the first week under Christine's program and I feel good to keep going! If you really want a good change in your health, try Coach Christine. She is the best! :)
I recently turned 65 and am in about the best shape I've ever been in. I've been working with coach B for a year five days per week. I had some mobility issues with my back, shoulders, hips, and neck. My posture was slumped and stuck in that position. In about a year, my posture has improved so much. My range of motion, strength, and flexibility have come a long way. Another area I didn't expect to see improvement was my mood. I'm much more positive now. I did lose weight. It was a slow process as I am hypothyroid. The exercise program did boost my metabolism and I've lost nearly 30 pounds and about 12 inches overall. I'm wearing jeans that have been in the closet for eight years. I added yoga and meditation that I do after the Zoom workout with my FYT trainer. Without a professional trainer , I would not have made these strides. The FYT experience has improved my overall health both physically and mentally.
Ruth is an exceptional trainer. She is both motivating and encouraging, and helps to push me to the next levels in my mental and fitness game. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and the best way to develop muscle safely, as well as, healthy habits. Thank you for the continued push!
So glad I found this site, because my trainer, Phil, is absolutely amazing! Each time we meet, he has a structured plan for me to follow. He is very quick at seeing what I need to improve on, but more importantly, he explains the mechanics so well. He has given me tips I never would have learned on my own. Also, if I am struggling with an exercise, he is able to give me a similar exercise, or shows me how to modify the exercise in a safe way. Since working with Phil and tracking my macros, I am down 5 lbs.
Jeremy is such an amazing personal trainer!! He crafted a personalized program to meet my fitness goals very fast. He is very knowledgeable in fitness and showed me exactly how to do the exercises. He showed me how to keep track of everything and i am excited to start bettering myself. Will definitely be booking more sessions with him, I need accountability and guidance or else I will keep floundering and Jeremy provides that in spades. Very happy with my decision to hire him and you shouldn't hesitate at all! You will ABSOLUTELY not regret it!!
