trainer did not listen when i complained of pain during workout !
I loved working with Hannah. She listened to what my goals were. Was very encouraging which helped me keep going after the initial weeks. And really worked to keep things the same when I needed to not think, just DO, but also changed the muscle groups up with new routines. She works well with whatever you have on hand!
Marni is a terrific trainer. She’s experienced, committed and always on it. She is very observant during sessions and tweaks subsequent workouts based on those observations. She is encouraging and knows how to pace individaul sessiona, as well as incremental increases in work, so that I improve and don’t get overwhelmed or discouraged. She’s THE BEST!

FYT does not adhere to their policies. I was charged an additional $176. 00 for services not rendered. An initial phone consultation was considered to be a full workout with the personal trainer I chose to work with. After I cancelled, according to the FYT policy, I was charged for an additional session at $176. 00. Here's how it went: Jan 16 - Initial Phone Consultation Feb 7 - Session Feb 14 - Session Feb 20 - Subscription cancelled Feb 21 - Session Feb 28 - Session scheduled online by trainer March 6 - Trainer confirmed session had been cancelled on Feb 26 FYT refuses to issue credit or send refund. Please, do not employ FYT if you are searching for a personal trainer. They do not honor their policies.
Patrick Murray is an incredible personal trainer. He’s encouraging and inspiring, with just the right balance of urgency and discipline. He’s an Incredible guy. I’m learning so much and am quickly regaining my confidence in working out. Cannot recommend him enough!!
Kandi is an enthusiastic and passionate trainer who knows how to motivate you to achieve your workout goals. Moreover, her infectious energy will keep you motivated to stay focused and challenged throughout your workout
I enjoy going to my weekly workouts. Marni is encouraging and gives helpful advice. She is always positive and optimistic. The place she works at is pleasant although get there early as parking can be tight.
Kira is fabulous. She makes it so simple to just listen to her and do the work. I don't have to worry about what workouts to do, count reps or time. . . just move and breathe. I also love that she guides me on proper form which is exactly what I need to be sure I work the correct muscle and not hurt myself. I love her!
Dana has been excellent PT. From the first day I liked the routine of exercises that she programmed for me and also how careful she has been on correcting posture and giving advise. I have taken three sessions and I started to feel more relaxed and happy!

I didn’t know what to expect, Nola was very professional, yet personable.
Bran is amazing -- like everyone here who is his client has said in one way or another. He doesn't push to an extent that makes for an unpleasant experience and he tailors the training to the person. I really appreciate his training and he is just a really nice guy too.
I knew that I needed some help with getting back into a regular routine, but I needed someone that had the ability to incorporate health and wellness into the science of working out; in other words I needed someone that knew their stuff and not just looked the part. I had taken a long hiatus from having worked out all of my life and this comeback was different having sustained a meniscus injury and mild kidney issues that forced me to switch my macros completely up. I was lost knowing that protein was the best way to build muscle. I did a little research for trainers in my area, ran across Eliot, looked at his bio and the rest is history. Eliot is knowledgeable from an educational and personal experience perspective and it shows. Most importantly he loves what he does, so you’re not a number or a client with him, but a person with a unique story and unique fitness needs and he has the patience to listen and execute based upon those factors. I’m a little hard/headed, but Eliot handles it with ease. Despite a few challenges that I’ve had from a health standpoint I can feel myself getting stronger in just a short 3 week timespan. Give it 3 months and my husband had better watch out (lol).

We are really enjoying working with Carla! My wife and i have very different goals and needs and she is doing a fantastic job of designing a group workout to accommodate both of us. 5 stars!
