I am writing to express my deep anger and disappointment with your service. I messaged twice the day before my scheduled session to confirm the trainer was coming. I received zero response. Despite that, I still traveled 30 minutes by car and made sure I was home and ready at the exact appointment time. The trainer never showed up. No call, no text, no explanation. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. I am hugely disappointed and frustrated. I expect a full refund for the missed session and a clear explanation for why this happened.

I was looking for a trainer that could help me restart my fitness routine, and in my case, using the fitness gear (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. ) that I had at home and could easily find in hotels since I travel a lot. Ceejay listened, understood, and, as I said, exceeded my expectations. He was encouraging and got me started. Thank you!

Cherelle DeJesus has trained us ( 2 women in late 50’s) weekly for almost two years. The results are even better than we hoped. Her attention to form, and her careful plan to build strength has made us stronger than we’ve been in decades.

Just started a couple weeks ago but already feeling effects and really excited about getting back in shape. PJ is great- his work outs, knowledge and making sure I don't aggravate preexisting injuries,and his enthusiasm. Signed up for 22 sessions but will certainly be doing more.

I've been working out with Coach B. over two years now. I was physically and mentally in poor shape when we started. I've lost and kept off 25 pounds and over 12 inches from bust, waist, and hips. More than that, I am gaining stamina, strength, and flexibility though I had challenges that made it slow going like thyroid disease, frozen shoulders, mild scoliosis, and being a full time caregiver to my spouse with dementia. The exercise program she tailored for me has allowed my whole body to strengthen and unwind. I have a hard time with motivation and the Zoom format with my coach is reinforcing personal discipline and a positive outlook that extends far beyond the workout.
I am so pleased with my trainer Terri. She challenges me and encourages me with great skill and pays close attention to previous injuries and issues.
I was reluctant to do virtual training, I didn’t know if it would work out for me but I’m so glad I did. Brenda is amazing! I have fibromyalgia and she takes that into consideration for my workout plan. She motivates me to want to do the workouts. I feel stronger after just a few weeks.
Val is the perfect trainer for me . I have been training with her for almost a year and she has made a huge difference in my life. My balance is better, I can get up if I do fall and I am strong enough to be back to gardening.
