I am writing to express my deep anger and disappointment with your service. I messaged twice the day before my scheduled session to confirm the trainer was coming. I received zero response. Despite that, I still traveled 30 minutes by car and made sure I was home and ready at the exact appointment time. The trainer never showed up. No call, no text, no explanation. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. I am hugely disappointed and frustrated. I expect a full refund for the missed session and a clear explanation for why this happened.

I was looking for a trainer that could help me restart my fitness routine, and in my case, using the fitness gear (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. ) that I had at home and could easily find in hotels since I travel a lot. Ceejay listened, understood, and, as I said, exceeded my expectations. He was encouraging and got me started. Thank you!

Cherelle DeJesus has trained us ( 2 women in late 50’s) weekly for almost two years. The results are even better than we hoped. Her attention to form, and her careful plan to build strength has made us stronger than we’ve been in decades.

Just started a couple weeks ago but already feeling effects and really excited about getting back in shape. PJ is great- his work outs, knowledge and making sure I don't aggravate preexisting injuries,and his enthusiasm. Signed up for 22 sessions but will certainly be doing more.
