If I didn't have filters sent every 6 months, who knows if I'd ever remember to change them. Also, I like that I can get the size that fits my furnaces. They are wider than what I can find in the big box stores and while smaller would be OK, I feel the size suggested by the installers probably does a better job.

Staff member was very pleasant and helpful when there was an issue with my subscription and order.

There was a problem with our recent order, dmaged during delivery. Filter buy shipped out replacements that day and we received them asap the following afternoon. After using them for several years this was the first example of a problem. SOLVED IMMEDIATLY> That is why we recommend them to all friends and neighbors.
