I’m so sorry to report that I ordered the wrong size filters. I need size 20x25x1. Please advise me on how to return my 21x 21 and get the proper size. I have not opened the carton. Thank you

Quick and easy

These filters are good quality and are priced right. I did have an issue with the delivery of one of the two boxes of filters that I had ordered. This was a problem with the delivery company. I contacted Filterbuy, and the isssue was resolved within 24 hours. I will order again from this company.

Very very fast receipt of order.

Great filters

Not only does FilterBuy have a clearly laid out website and fair pricing, their communication and delivery is without comparison! KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING WORK!

great

Just received the filters, and they are the first filters I have purchased from Filterbuy, so time will tell as far as their service, but they appear to be a decent quality as far as their construction. Ordered from the website, and it was a very simple process, and they were shipped relatively quick. So far I have no complaints.

Love Filterbuy for my furnace filter needs. I am a 70 yr old widow just trying to keep everything going.....needed help with ordering the right size, the service rep was more than kind and helpful. I received my filters within 4 days....they fit perfectly. Sometimes the small things can mean the most! Thank you Filterbuy!

Everything is great as always!!

I love to order the Filterbuy filters because the are of great quality. They are prompt to arrive by mail and are mad in the USA.
