I have a new furnace and ordered the wrong size and type of filter. I called customer service and they walked me through figuring out the size and type I needed. They did the exchange for free and sent the new ones quickly. They probably saved my furnace! They were so kind and understanding. I will be telling my friends and family about them for sure!
