I was in Fields in The Cresent Shopping centre today in Limerick. The lady who served me was called Jenny. I was having difficulty with One for all vouchers trying to access them as I wanted to purchase an item. I cannot recommend her enough. She was extremely professional, understanding and patient. Returned a piece of jewellery instore. Member of staff was inexperienced and unhelpful. Assured me I could spend the gift voucher online, the voucher cannot be used online which i discovered when going to checkout. Its frustrating to say the least that I could not get a refund on a piece of expensive jewellery and could only get a gift card. I will never buy instore again. Way more customer rights purchasing online.

I was in the Dundrum store looking to exchange my wedding ring for a smaller size. I was met by Antonia who went above and beyond to ensure that I had the perfect size as well as ensuring all would be ready in time for the big day. I had a great experience in the Henry St. Fields store. Antonia was very friendly and tentative picking an opal ring - getting my ring fitting correct and showing all styles available and with getting a set of earrings. Setting up an account was so simple, swift and offers good discounts. Cleaning of my products was also explained. I was delighted leaving the store.

I dropped into the Grafton Street store to ask about having a link removed from an old Seiko watch. The young lady that helped me was very friendly and removed the link in only 2 minutes. I was shocked when she didn’t charge me a fee. Top quality customer service, thank you very much

My ring has an issue. The diamond stone fell out and I lost it. I went to Dundrum branch and the lady Valenina was really unprofessional and rude with me . I just wanted to fixed my ring. But she started complaining about it’s my fault. So I took my ring and left. So I’m very disappointed with this quality and customer service. The ring was expensive.

I bought my wedding ring in the Henry st store. The lovely Lily was fabulous to seal with, my size wasn't in stick, Lily insisted on getting the ring from another store. She had it ready for me within 40 minutes, absolute great service. Lily was very professional and its obvious she is great at her job.

Just recently got my Engagement ring from Fields Jewellers..Couldn't be happier with the ring that was picked by my partner and also with the huge amount of help from the very professional Nicole who was a pleasure to deal with on resizing and making sure it was the perfect ring for me. Recently proposed to my partner. I couldn't recommend Fields Jewellers enough, I dealt with Nicole who was highly professional and accommodating. She was able to use her experience and knowledge to guide me through proposing abroad (France). She was able to recommend a promise ring similar in style whilst we were travelling and had the actual ring ready on time when we returned to Ireland.
