I was so thrilled to find the perfect watch today in Kilkenny that I have been thinking about for so long. It was Eve who was so helpful and obliging. She really listened to what it was that I was looking for and made it such a beautiful experience. Im so happy to have found my watch and want to thank Eve for being so professional and so attentive. I ordered few items for my wife and doughter birthday September 2024. One item letter "I" did not come in at all. I contact fields couple of times and was told to wait till December. Unfortnatelly it is 20 January still no respond. I ask for money back didd not get any. I am a member of fields. My adventures with fields started 15 years ago when I bought engament ring at Dundrum store for my wife. Since that moment I am buying easly 1/2 per year quite a lot. Not any more. Strongly not recommend as ther is plenty on line shops right now. My few friends feel the same way.

I very recently had the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful store manager Michelle regarding an issue with a 14 yr old princess cut, quad style, diamond engagement ring that had lost 1 of its diamonds for unfortunately a 2nd time but i was lucky 2 find the diamond on both occasions. Unfortunately due to a manufacturers design fault i was advised by Michelle that sending it off again for repair would more than likely fail as an unsuccessful 2nd repair & that the manufacturers had decided to cease production of this type of ring setting. The disappointment of this news was short lived as Michelle's super efficient after sales customer care qualities came to light, where she offered me a full replacement ring there & then from an array of beautiful engagement rings that she had in stock. 1 in particular caught my eye & i fell in love with it on the spot. Michelle ordered in my correct size there & then & less than a wk later i had my new engagement ring bck on my finger & it compliments my wedding band so much that i feel that it was always meant to be. I received a follow up email the very next day, making sure i was totally satisfied & an after care package that i will reveive in the future. I have always brought jewelley in the past through Fields the jeweller & will continue to do so in the future. The best after sales customer service care i have experienced to date. They stand over everything that they sell to a very high standard & I would highly recommend their buisness. An honest review from 1 very happy & satisfied customer.

I had to repurchase a lost necklace and Nataliia from Henry street was so helpful. Even when i made a mess of the ordering process she made sure i got the necklace as soon as possible and she was so friendly and helpful the entire time.

Last night we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the wonderful Lily in the Henry St. Fields store. Our daughter is 10 and has only worn cheap child like earrings up until this point so for Christmas we wanted to buy her new ones, special ones picked out by her parents with love, better quality and more mature for her as a growing young lady. Well, we could not have been greeted by a nicer, more attentive and warm lady than Lily. From the moment we walked in the door, Lily gave us her full attention. She was patient, knowledgable, helpful, funny and kind. We told her we wanted a small pearl style and she found all the small pearls for us, remembering our names, referring to us throughout and even remembering our daughter’s name when I had only said it briefly in passing to my Husband. These small details made our experience feel very personal and familial. We ended up buying three sets which we hadn’t intended to do, it was one or two we had in mind going in but we just loved them all so much and I think that was because Lily really listened to what we were looking for. They were all packaged in beautiful boxes with great care by Lily and a very pretty bag. I am not a jewellery wearer myself, either is my Husband, the last time we were in a jewellery store was in relation to our engagement/wedding and that was a long time ago so this was all very new to us and what a fabulous experience we walked away with, both grinning walking out the door, even the security guard gave us a big smile and wished us a lovely evening. My Husband left actually saying that he is going to start a new tradition, that every Christmas Eve starting from next year, he will bring our daughter into town to treat her to new jewellery and make a day of it. Had a really bad experience with another company and choose fields as they were local this time,,I put the order in today not thinking will be here for Christmas but I rang just in case to see and the lady was super helpful and got on to the delivery folks and got it in the post for me today.
