I have always had positive experiences in Fields ( Athlone town center), but one member of staff named Ellen really went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly and obliging, created such a positive and relaxed atmosphere while speaking with me and made the experience so much more enjoyable!!

I visited Fields jewellers (McDonagh Junction)this week and had an amazing experience. I was looked after by Darren. My time was unlimited and all I can say is that he is not only a gentleman but has an abundance on knowledge and gives great advice. He is passionate about his role and this is evident in the care and attention he shows to customers. I left the shop feeling extremely happy, excited and a valued customer! I can't wait to return! This was 2nd time in the store. I got my wedding band in fields and just recently went in again for a new engagement ring. The two times I had Jenny serving me. All I can say is she was amazing, great customer service. I also didn't know what I wanted and she took the time to show me so much and never made me feel like I was annoying being so indecisive. I finally found one and bought it today. Thank you so much Jenny I really appreciate it. Again great customer service. I will be back again

I ordered a watch on fields.ie and received it within a day or two . I was very eager to get it having spent countless hours researching watches and finally settling on this one . On opening the box i noticed that the watch was a different model to the one I had ordered . There was a sticker that had been placed over the original product code and the warranty card had also not been filled out . I was gutted , so i rang the store it had been sent from ( This info is on the receipt ) and explained this to the manager who said they would investigate the matter even though he thought i might be mistaken and maybe i would be better off emailing the sales team . I did this but they informed me that the manager who i had previously contacted was investigating and would contact me today . I emailed him in the morning but by late afternoon i had received no response . So i rang the Kilkenny branch and got through to a lady called Sarah . I explained the situation to sarah detailing the visual difference in the watch which indicated it was a different model and she immediatley understood and said she would look after me no problem . I drove 40 mins to the Kilkenny branch to be greeted with a smile and warm greeting . Sarah was just amazing, product knowledge was excellent and took ownership of the issue i was having . She was so friendly and is the definition of a model employee . I work in Retail myself so I understand how frustring it can be dealing with issues . Sarah is a credit to Fields jewellers and completely turned a bad situation into a super positive experience . My next watch/ piece of jewellery will be bought from Fields In Kilkenny because of sarah . Thanks !

I was in the Crescent today and had an issue with my watch. April was amazing and took care of the problem for me, great customer service from April, I would not hesitate to return and would recommend highly.

We bought a most beautiful 3 strand rose & white gold with diamonds, celebration ring in Fields, the Square Tallaght. We were looked after by Tracey who was so professional, patient & genuinely lovely to deal with. We were delighted with our purchase & the customer service.

So I bought a ring for someone abroad. One of the stones fell out under no stress within 3 days of opening. I sent an email with an image of the ring but got no response. Called and was told I would have to return it (it is abroad). Very embarrassing Christmas gift, made it look like I bought a cheap ring.

I was looking for ear rings for my teenage daughter yesterday (Christmas Eve eve, where I went into a busy shop!) and wanted, a small under the tree present for Christmas. The stg silver birthstones caught my eye, the metal was suitable for a very reasonable price, and they took One4All cards!! I was dealing with Jen (who I didn’t know was the manager) and I asked if she’d any more stock in my price range, and material, and she patiently showed me 3 different sets! Something arose and the lovely Lily took over, all courteous and a brief explanation. Dealing with Lily Yong was such a lovely experience, she was patient, kind, and we talked about a few things, where she reassured me with her kind words! She reminded me of my “membership/privilege card” where I got 10% discount, I ended up buying 5 sets of ear rings, and not because Lily is a great sales person, but she was genuine and gave me sound advise. I’d to pay different ways, not an eye roll, a sigh, an issue…. She cared and all were within my price range! I could not recommend this store, and these caring, genuine ladies enough! Bought a watch for my girlfriend great service but they said bring her in to get the watch adjusted for her wrist anytime no problem so when i bought her in the following saturday got totally dismissed said they were too busy come back later and then came back later they didnt even speak just took it and done the adjustment it took 1 minute folllow up service not great

Ordered a wallet online and it came within 2 days just in time for Christmas, absolutely delighted! It came wrapped in paper and with a lovely gift bag which was a brilliant touch, very happy customer

Myself and my partner recently ordered our wedding rings in fields in Galway. We were dealing with Sinead, who was absolutely incredible. She was amazing at her job, from styling my engagement ring with the perfect wedding ring and everything in between. She made the entire experience completely pain free and so enjoyable. All follow up emails and phone calls were clear & concise, she told us everything we needed to know. It was a true pleasure working with her. 10/10 recommend. I couldn't have asked for better!
