Quality blinds that look good and work well . Ordered from another company before and the quality was not as good

The ordering was simple and package came in a reasonable timeframe, but when I emailed the company to tell them that I was missing the valance, I received no response. I will have to try again.

I have purchased several TDBU shades from another manufacturer and the brackets are not visible once installed. This was my first purchase from Factory Direct and as you can see from the photo, the bracket is not only visible but it isn't white so it really stands out. The shade is very nice, the color works well and I am happy with the product. As I have curtains in front of the blind, the brackets are hidden if I keep the curtains closed slightly. However, if I was using in another room that doesn't have curtains, I would be very bothered by these visible brackets.

The blinds are good, fit the windows well and work well cordlessly. Only grouch is the little screw heads, must drill pilot holes.

When my order was shipped the clips that hold up the valance were not in the box. So I cannot put that up which makes it look bad without it.

they look great and are relatively easy to hang. One design flaw is the screw heads. IF you are hanging them inside an opening to the walls, the hex-head screws are too thick and the small amount of space allowed does not allow the blinds to actually fit into the brackets. Removing one of the end caps and some wiggling allows it to fit. More flush fit screw heads would solve the problem.

The product is good and pretty easy to install. What wasn't great was the delivery communication. You only get one "order received" email, and then nothing until the product actually ships. I wasn't able to find any general estimates on the website so you just have to have faith that your blinds are actually being made. They ultimately took about 4 weeks- it would be nice to know ahead of time what to expect.
