The blinds are good, fit the windows well and work well cordlessly. Only grouch is the little screw heads, must drill pilot holes.

When my order was shipped the clips that hold up the valance were not in the box. So I cannot put that up which makes it look bad without it.

they look great and are relatively easy to hang. One design flaw is the screw heads. IF you are hanging them inside an opening to the walls, the hex-head screws are too thick and the small amount of space allowed does not allow the blinds to actually fit into the brackets. Removing one of the end caps and some wiggling allows it to fit. More flush fit screw heads would solve the problem.

The product is good and pretty easy to install. What wasn't great was the delivery communication. You only get one "order received" email, and then nothing until the product actually ships. I wasn't able to find any general estimates on the website so you just have to have faith that your blinds are actually being made. They ultimately took about 4 weeks- it would be nice to know ahead of time what to expect.

I ordered samples but never received them. When I reached out about this via email, I did not get a response for weeks. The response I finally got on 1/2 said it looks like they got delivered. I responded that I did not receive them, nor did I receive a tracking #, but have not received a response since.
