The wrong shades were sent originally. I emailed and sent pictures and within a day I had a response and the correct ones were shipped. Great customer service very helpful.

These did take a bit to ship, we ordered for 5 windows due to we had some really weird size windows. They all fit perfectly.

The blinds are great. I have purchased three so far. I have two more that need to be bought and I will soon.

They work well filtering bright sunlight. Easy to install. I am hoping the battery lasts several months.

Kay was helpful to work with. Tho we were not able to complete our order with FDB. The first 5 window blinds from FDB were perfect!!

The shades arrived quickly, were the proper size, and were generally well made, except for the operating cords on a few of them. The cord loop had a lump where they joined, and would not pass thru the tensioning device. FDB sent replacements after the exchange of several emails.

Instructions were difficult. Especially the directions for the tension cord holder at bottom. Also the photo on your site showed the black out shades were black on both sides, but it was white on other side.

The blackout shade is excellent quality and was easy to install. And the price was right.

Great shades with a great price!

Blinds arrived quickly and packaged very well, look fantastic, plastic clips that hold on valances are very cheap and weak , had to get replaced because several broken while installing. Factory sent replacement parts within 10 days. Blinds are all installed and look fantastic. However I live in Florida and when the sun hits the blinds they are soo thin the faux wood slats are curling up and look very cheap until the sun goes away then they seem to lay flat again so far . Rear sliding door vertical blinds , same thing . In the afternoon when the sun is shining on them they curl up like the witches legs on the wizard of oz !! Horrible, thin panels won’t block the light when the sun is out because they curl up so bad . So far after sun goes down they slowly uncurled and lay flat again. I’m already shopping around for a different vertical blind because of this and might have to replace all the other blinds as well because of how cheap the quality/ thinness of the blinds. Only time will tell… However price was reasonable and they came quickly and company responded quickly and replaced the plastic clips that were broken in the package and the ones I had brake on me while installing.
