My order for a double cell honeycomb blind was received and was exactly what I wanted except for one small item. The operating cord was just too short for my unique requirement. I contacted customer service for options and was told that there were two longer cords available. I identified the cord lenght that would work best for my application and it was immediately shipped to me at no charge. Great service. It would have been nice to be able to select the required cord length during the order process. Other than that, I'm happy with my final product.

I ordered previously two replacement blinds that fit into the existing hardware but these new ones required all new hanging hardware which I was not aware of so I had to hire someone to hang. I guess these are better technology.

I ordered 4 blinds from Factory Direct Blinds. They arrived quickly, were easy to install, were reasonably priced, and they look great.

I purchased a total of five top down bottom up blinds from another company in all the same color over 11 years ago for my living room dining room area. Three of the blinds cover picture windows that are more than 5 feet wide and two of the blinds cover side windows on one of the picture windows that are about 24 inches wide. In the last couple of years, both of the smaller blinds sustained damage and the company I originally bought them from no longer carried the color of these five blinds. I was so disappointed because I hated the thought of having to replace all of them at a significant cost so that they would all match. I ordered color samples from Factory Direct Blinds and they had a color that looked to be a close match, so I ordered just the two small replacement blinds. Turns out they were exactly the same as the damaged blinds I was replacing, the color and even the hardware! This meant all I had to do was take down the old blinds and snap the new ones into place and they were a perfect match! Thank you Factory Direct Blinds!

I have purchased 3 different times. The last time, after hanging the 3 30x71 inch blinds, I was not able to have them set horizontal. After several emails with customer service, they agreed to remake the same blinds for me. When received. . they were perfect. Thank you for standing behind your product.

It's always a risk to order big ticket, custom items, on the internet sight unseen. I'm happy to report that I love my new blinds! I'm not sure they were true to color, but I opted not to purchase samples. I ended up liking the color I got more than the color I chose. If you're unsure, order the samples. The fit is perfect and the installation was standard. I didn't say easy only because it's a wide window and I had to compensate for a frame that wasn't level. It wasn't an issue with the blinds. In short, I would order again without hesitation.
