Prompt, just as promised
Don’t really know if this is an installer communication or company issue. I was told I would get a walk in shower. So I was under the impression that the shower was going to have a small step in area. The shower I received is a roll- in shower which basically has an almost flat floor that is level with you existing bathroom floor. It only uses a vinyl foam rubber water damn. It is approx only 1 inch high. I also only got a weighted vinyl shower curtain no doors on this almost 4,000 dollar shower ! So, you are handicapped and have to deal with a shower curtain that is easily pushed out over a 1 inch water damn. I could show you some pictures of big water puddles outside the 1 inch damn because the shower curtain is very easily bumped and then water gets all over your bathroom floor. This also doesn’t help if your toilet is approx 12 inches away from the 1 inch shower damn. I know this is more so the installer’s fault but this company needs to be aware what some installers are doing to get by on a cheaper install quote to get a job. You are not going to notice this issue until the installers are long gone. When they demo the shower for you they just turn the shower on with the water pointed toward the side wall so the water drainage seems to be fine. Well, I am here to tell you that it is not okay after you try to take your first shower and find out how easy the shower curtain even though weighted moves or blows over the one inch water damn. That is all you have to keep all the spraying water that is now directed different angles off of your body on the shower curtain that is very easily bumped over the 1 inch damn. So handicapped people now you need to take extra caution when you exit your shower on possibly a wet slippery bathroom floor. I put this problem mostly on the installers but if this company didn’t offer the weighted shower curtain on the roll in showers with only a 1 inch water damn this problem would not so easily exist. Bad customer service
Easy and reliable. Access for all!
The curved rail stair lift was delivered and installed within a month of ordering. Good communication by Jody and very prompt to answer my questions. We are very pleased with the service so far. Jody came out within a few days after I called to measure and discuss the stair lift. She helped me get the order in quickly so that we had the stair lift installed within a month. The installers were here on time. They were very courteous and answered all our questions. They explained everything and went over everything in detail.
We were so pleased with how EZ Able handled a small little shipping hick-up. The VERY next day our products arrived. We are also a small business so we know how important keeping customers happy is. We definitely will be using this company again as the need arises.
Dear EZ Able®, You can't believe how impressed we are by the addition to the stairway! While coming home after 31 long days at Munson (Medical Center) tops the "happiness" scale, the stairglide ( Bruno Elite ) definitely comes in at Number Two. I really don't think that I could maneuver without it - so much for buying a two-level historical home 13 years ago when mobility issues were not even remotely on the radar. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. But mostly, I want to thank-you for working on this with my husband, Ross and PERFECTLY timing the installation. Your help is so appreciated. Sincerely, Ann L. & Ross R. - Traverse City, MI
