Last year we had stairlifts installed in our home by Clock Mobility. At that time, Clock Mobility had a better price than EZ ABLE stairlift. There is a Clock Mobility store here in Traverse City but their primary focus is on vehicle ability. The Grand Rapids Michigan store is the site that does stair lifts. It took forever between the time they measured and the time it was installed. They finally came and did the installation. We had two stair lifts installed one straight lift and another custom lift. We were happy with the install but if they did need to come back and take care of a couple issues. We could see that any service issues might be a problem because they have to come from Grand Rapids. We then had EZABLE install an outdoor lift going from our house down to the lake. We are very pleased with EZABLE. Luke did a great job and he said EZABLE would take care of any issues with the house lifts. Don’t hesitate to use EZABLE!
