Package arrived before notice telling me it was coming. Accurate info would have been helpful.

I can’t recall how I found this vendor, but so glad we did. The team helped us replace a large, nonstandard sized tile shower in our primary suite and it went so well that we will never do a tile shower again. We were able to see Best Bath samples of the materials and felt very comfortable installing ourselves with the videos available. It took some time to install since it was our first time, but by the next day we were able to use it. Luke was good to work with. Our only issue was with shipping- the shower pan was broken and a new one was sent out pretty quickly. If you are a DIYer, be sure to order a lift gate for delivery. Can’t wait to redo our other showers and have them look this great!
