Had delay on one battery but you stayed on top so it didnot get lost.

Overall happy with service. although there is no complete kit for my cart we only had to purchase one extra part and make a couple of slight changes to the frame to make the skinny battery fit perfectly. Everything arrived in a timely manner and the staff was very helpful with suggestions.

I’m beyond pleased with the product itself. I had to be a little more involved than I’d like to get shipping updates and resolve issues with missing items from the order, but once I was able to get in touch with support, they were always helpful. The third party shipping did not schedule a delivery, thankfully a family member was home to sign, but this created a challenge as the day we received our kit was over a month after ordering it.
