Prior to making the purchase of an Eco Lithium Battery kit for my 2020 ICON EV I had a lot of questions. My contact at Extremekartz was Ryan. Ryan is awesome. Quick to reply to email questions and very knowledgeable. Even before the kit was purchased, it was obvious to me that Ryan and Extremekartz were a reputable company to do business with. Almost forgot, free shipping ordered on Friday afternoon recieved the kit FedEx on Wednesday mid afternoon.

We love it. The zippers are a little stiff, but hopefully that works itself out.
