Item arrived covered in a sticky substance & with no tap. They did offer a replacement barrel which I declined as I had already cleaned the sticky substance off the barrel. They did send me a new tap which I was able to fit. Glad to say barrel is doing its job well.

We now have two 10 litre rainwater barrels and diverters happily collecting rain. This has increased our storage capacity by 50%. They are also very well made, particularly the taps and the way they screw into the bottom of the barrels AND the face that the taps allow the attachment of a Hoselock connector for feeding water to any other location in the garden when required. Very good design feature.
