Shipping took quite a while, and the messages from the shipper and EvenGreener seemed contradictory at times, but all my orders were successfully delivered. I had a problem with one butt, which started to leak at the seams, but the customer service team at EvenGreener were excellent and sent out a replacement butt. They also replaced this replacement as, for some reason, the lid did not fit correctly.

Shipped in plenty of time, well packaged. A delivery time would be helpful from the courier. Helpful staff when calling the company
