The 300l water butt is excellent but the delivery information was lacking. Our order still says "On its way - Delivery 08/05/2026". We waited in all day on the 8th but it didn't arrive. It was delivered today (11th) with no advance notice, and it was just luck that we were in at the time.

The water butts originally ordered had manufacturing faults. But on emailing customer services, I heard back very quickly and replacement butts were sent out without quibble. Knowing that if any product issues arise they will be dealt with quickly and effectively, I would not hesitate to order from Even Greener again in the future.

I ordered 2 Harcostar 227 litre waterbutts(Grey). They arrived today(within 48 hours of ordering). They were packed in large cardboard boxes and arrived undamaged. I am very pleased with my purchase. . . and its a bonus that they come with a 5 year guarantee. I'd defintely recommend Evengreener as these butts were competitively priced.

Shipping took quite a while, and the messages from the shipper and EvenGreener seemed contradictory at times, but all my orders were successfully delivered. I had a problem with one butt, which started to leak at the seams, but the customer service team at EvenGreener were excellent and sent out a replacement butt. They also replaced this replacement as, for some reason, the lid did not fit correctly.

Shipped in plenty of time, well packaged. A delivery time would be helpful from the courier. Helpful staff when calling the company
