The website showed a good range of waterbutts and photos were clear to help with sizing. The waterbutt arrived promptly. It is very sturdy and it was easy to fit. We didn't need the extra pipe for a downspout as it's only being used to collect water from the gutter on the shed. I would certainly recommend it.

Good service, good prices, prompt response and delivery. Not so sure about the product, I have bought 3 water butts from you, but after just 3/4 years the first one began to leak, hence my recent purchase.

delivery time and price was good but package was poor and damaged. item was ok. the slimline water butt tap thread was lined up so it became tight when pointing upwards!. needed a lot of fiddling with PTFE tape and sealant to get a watertight seal

Would have been 5 except for the wrong delivery. However it was sorted out reasonably quickly with very polite customer service.

Product price good, delivery a little long, (2 weeks) for the small items purchased, water butt overflows. Delivery short of one item, however when reported it was delivered in a couple of days. In the past all my purchase experiences have been great.

Arrived quickly, although delivery driver left it in the middle of our drive and didn't ring the bell, so we didn't discover it until the next day.
