Great service received the test kit a day after it was ordered and also received an email ftom their customer service team checking on whether I received the test kit and if I had any queries.Excellent customer service that is very rare these days.

The team at Eugene went above and beyond with our genetic testing. They were so accomodating and even allowed for us to drop off the results straight off to their HQ to expedite our results while whilst we were travelling. When they discussed our results with us, they were incredibly sensitive and empathetic. Could not be happier with the service

Instructions to complete the test were easy to follow and I was kept updated along the way, while I waited for the results. The genetic counsellor was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sample boxes were very quickly dispatched and it was very clear what stage we were at throughout the process. Results were available a week early. Gave us good peace of mind at the start of our journey!

The team are amazing at every step of the way, really insightful and showed a high-level of empathy and care. They are parents themselves and understood what we were going through, and this was reflected in the way that they spoke Ann down with us. It was a pleasure working with the team.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience throughout the entire Eugene process. Eugene was very prompt to respond with queries that we had and it was great to keep updated with how things were tracking via the website (and email notifications). Once we were notified that our results were in, we were able to book in a meeting with the genetic counsellor the next morning. We are very glad to have gone through this process as it has helped provide meaningful information as we enter the assisted fertility process. Thank you Eugene!

Was very expensive but unfortunately necessary with where we were at in our fertility journey. They were so responsive though and more than happy to help answer questions personally along the way. Our genetic councillor was really lovely and took the time to understand our situation and anxieties. Really great service.

We had a very helpful call with a eugene genetic counsellor who provided our results. This part of the service really made a huge difference. The woman we spoke with was super helpful, answered all our questions clearly and with great patience.
