The kit was easy to use with detailed instructions. They also provide packaging for the sample to be sent to lab.

I had a terrific experience with Eugene. It is very empowering and insightful to have been genetically tested. The report was very detailed and the appointment with the genetic counsellor was great.

I dod not proceed with eugene genetic testing as my GP was able to organise the same test using blood sample and with a turn around of just 2 weeks for the results

Really easy process, with a clear view of results

Product and usability are very good as was the communication in the early stages. However, suffice to say, sample was sent off in february and I am still waiting for a result. After I had submitted the sample back in February, the service became slow and disappointing. It was advised turn around would be within 2 weeks and it wasnt until I followed up weeks later that I was advised there was a delay. It took nearly 2 months to then be told my sample was not viable and testing couldn't determine a result. Another test was sent out shorty after which I completed, nearly 3 weeks ago and no correspondence as to its progress other than postal confirmation it has been recieved by eugene. Suffice to say, it's too late for results to be of any use since I have now concieved. I hope users are not putting their fertility journey on hold pending these results, or have a better experience than I did with Eugene. The company has great potential, I hope these early teething issues can be overcome as it could be a great service.
