I liked the backpack. Will use it for my travel. Had been waiting for the price to come to an acceptable level. It did. Wished I had ordered from Amazon, free shipping, but then again I pay a yearly membership fee rthat I don’t pay got Travel Pro. Wish the Bold large check in came with spinner wheels rather than just two wheels.

I was impressed with the free shipping offered, and great customer service. I returned the first bag I ordered, the Max 5 Large Checked bag. It was huge. If I had filled that up, I would have been way over 50 lbs. I ended up with the Maxlite 5 Medium 2 wheel bag. I love the design of this bag. I wish it was a little bigger.

Travelpro did a great job keeping me informed about the progress of my order and delivery.

Slow shipping just made it in time for gift giving. Did not give discount even after email asking for it. Would’ve used amazon except thought was getting a small discount. Would’ve had luggage the next day.

The luggage was shipped into a flimsy box with very cheap tape.

Travelpro is a great company for your suitcases. Look at the bags that the flight attendants and the pilots carry and you will see that they are the ones to use. If anything happens to the bag they have great customer service and many of the parts are replaceable. We use Travelpro suitcases as mock-ups when we design overhead bins in Commercial aircraft.
