Delighted with my purchase. . . so pleased I bought a second one! Excellent construction and quality. Looks amazing. . . and holds a LOT! Very light and easy to manoeuvre. About to purchase two hard shell cases on the strength and performance of these items.

The only comment is that the Travel Pro backpack does not easily fit in the suitcase handle. So far very glad with the product

This carry-on is definitely on the expensive side, and I probably wouldn’t have splurged on it myself, but it was a wonderful birthday gift from my spouse and I’m very pleased with it. It looks and feels premium, is beautifully crafted, and it’s clear the makers thought of almost everything in the design, from the practical organization to the quality of the wheels, handles, zippers, and materials. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the heavy side, but that seems to be the trade-off for the solid construction and premium materials. A purchase I’ll enjoy every time I travel.

If you’re going, Ryanair, be careful how you pack this because you can’t put anything at all in the top section of the bag or else it’ll be over the limits for the sizer. If you’re travelling on schedule flights or on the train, it’s a lovely case with nice wheels Sadly, I’ve now had to buy a cheap hard sided case to avoid having excess luggage charges on Ryanair in particular

I recently used my new Platinum Elite soft side carry on suitcase for my 3 week trip to Greece and Italy. I love the design and durable material. Even though it looks small, it fits all of my belongings. The wheels glide easily over different surfaces. The baggage meets the in cabin luggage requirements for all the small airplanes. It's easy to clean when you get a stain on it. I highly recommend this suitcase!

Nice carry on case. Well made with a quality feel. With the expandable feature, it had enough space for a week long business trip. Not too big so ideally meet most airlines carry on policies.

Found the perfect suitcase on their website. The information is well displayed and it was easy to compare the suitcases. My only comment is that the delivery timelines given were confusing. However, it was delivered extremely quickly (next day) and this was exactly what I needed. Would buy again from them with my eyes closed.
