According to the UPS tracking information, my package was returned to the sender due to missing address details, specifically the street number. However, I entered my full address correctly on your website, including the street name and door number. I did not receive my order, nor have I received a refund for the amount paid. I have tried several times to contact you by email but have not received any response so far. Could you please get back to me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue?

I’ve been a customer for a long time and, in general, I’m very happy with your products and shipping. Until recently, I’ve only needed to contact customer service once. However, both last year and again with my most recent order, I found the customer support and return process quite frustrating. There is no chatbot, phone support, or interactive return portal where I can directly manage my issue. Having to send emails, wait for replies, and manually follow up feels VERY OUTDATED for 2025/2026. The return process in particular was not user-friendly at all. Unlike most online stores where you can *simply* select the items to return and receive a return label or code, I had to search your website for instructions, write everything down "manually", and then track the process via email. Even after my return had already arrived, I didn’t receive any update for over a week and had to follow up myself. Without chasing it, I honestly don’t know when I would have heard back. I’m sharing this as feedback because I really like your products, but the current support and return experience feels UNNECESSARILY OLD-FASHIONED and quite frustrating from a customer perspective.

No delivery confirmation email, nor any photo proof of delivery, so it took ages to figure out my purchase was misdelivered somewhere I don't live. . . and not left with neighbours either.

Exactly as described and what i needed

Joseph and joseph allies elegance with smart and functional designs bringing a little extra sparkle to our everyday items. The care and thoughtfulness that goes into the products shows in the little details and the quality of their products. Granted the price isn't always easy to step up to, but for the products I own at least it was worth it. They make it for having two or three half functional things for the same purpose and fit into our home beautifully.

I need to return it

My order was to Ireland. Packeting was not strong enough for transport long distances. One of the boxes was all opened on the way. And the other was ruined mostly.

I didn’t read the smaller print about the suction shelves not working on textured tiles so the shower I had them in mind for did not work out, however I was able to use them in my other shower. So no harm done!
