V good service

Very pleased with the service I got.

Best expendable dish rack.

Really happy with the after-sales service from Joseph Joseph. The employee helped me with returning part of my order, and I’m very pleased with the solution they offered. Great customer service!

Easy to use and quick delivery

The product is perfectly fine. But the delivery costing €10 took a full week.

My orders have always arrived without any problems, but unfortunately, my most recent experience has been very disappointing. The delivery was delayed by a week, and when the parcel finally arrived, it had been opened and several items were missing. I believe they may have been lost as a result of the package being open. I now need to place another order to replace the missing items, but after this experience, I’m honestly having second thoughts about ordering again

The delivery went well and the item was excellent.

I received only one item, although my order included two. I have also sent several emails regarding this issue, but no one has responded.

this is a really great expandable dish drainer. you can put the spout to the side u need for the water to drain into the sink. this is just what a need for my every day washing up ❤️ i love it
