Good quality, well designed - hopefully will stand the test of time. Like most Joseph Joseph kitchen tools, a bit expensive but so far other Joseph utensils have lasted well.

Never received the items

I would gave you 5 stars if you would send me one last item witch was out of stock. When I saw that it is back in stock i write you to remind you because you didn’t told me why you didn’t send it with my order/package. You waited so long that item was again out of stock and the same day refund it when I remind you about this. Overall I am more than happy with items witch are AAA+++

The order itself was fine. Unfortunately, the product I ordered for the sink turned out to be too small, so I contacted customer service to return it. However, the return shipping cost was the same as the price of the product. As a result, the service team indicated they could not assist further, as all sizing details are stated on the website and therefore this was not considered a fault of Joseph & Joseph. I ultimately decided to keep the product to avoid additional costs. That said, I believe the return policy could be improved. A more customer-friendly and understanding approach — going the extra mile — would greatly enhance the overall experience.
