It is unbelievable that the only option for returning items is to send them to NETHERLANDS - I live in Austria! - and pay for the shipping! The product is really low quality in comparison with its older version from 5 years ago. Never buy again.

Quite upset about the quality of the chopping boards. Many marks from the knives after first usage already. The former ones were definitely better quality.

Shipping cost almost a month

The small saucepan doesn’t connect to my induction cooker very well. Disappointing for the price I paid for the items. Other 2 saucepans are working v well

Prodotti sempre molto belli, ma comunque sempre più cari. Troppo ormai. La cosa che però non mi è piaciuta è la gestione della spedizione perchè dall’ordine è passato un lungo silenzio fino al giorno della consegna. Dovrebbero esserci comunicazioni intermedie al cliente e soprattutto un avviso di quando la merce verrà consegnata. I privati come me, non passano tutto il tempo a casa e quindi diventa difficile la gestione del ritiro. Non so se effettuerò ulteriori ordini.
