My experience is too good regarding the quality of products and shipping. Unfortunately there is problem with the returns policy of Joseph Joseph, it is not easy to contact the right person and the shipping cost is too high. That means that in praxis it is impossible to return a product in case you have ordered a product twice by mistake.

Really badly I have complained to you about noise I’ve purchased. I’ve had nothing back. I’ve sent photographs as requested. Proof of purchase still heard nothing back customer service and product post of rubbish.
