Works well as we move from vehicles with cigarette lighters that can use the adapters to vehicles with USB-C ports. Next step would be to integrate similar control functions for safer "mute" or "ignore" commands. Not safe when you have a Yukon XL and you have to literally unbuckle to reach the buttons on the unit.

I do believe I made a wise choice with the upgrade from the escort IX to the maxcam 360 C

Easy to use and setup and I love how it integrates with the radar detector Only issue is if you have car play you have to disconnect from CarPlay to connect to the camera to see the footage

Having been a long time Escort user, a recent download caused unexpected problems that are not up to the standards I had come to expect.

Good radar and fulfillment experience. Very good features, Did not realize that Escort and Cobra radars are owned by the same company. Very poor trade-in experience. My $80. 00 trade-in was really 18 dollars. They do not pay for the trade-in shipping and they reduced the trade-in by 50. 00 since it was an old Escort radar. Why would I trade-in a new radar?

The only thing I would Charles the shipping partner itself. UPS always has problems getting packages delivered on time. My tracking said my package arrived ten minutes from my house where there hub is. Then ended back up across the nation. Then received a week after my original delivery date.

The company has done great on engineering and advertising its products. I’ve still got to get the phone app set up.

Not sure yet. I’ve only been using it for about a week now and keep having an issue updating the firmware and I can’t power it up unless it’s hooked up to my cars 12v socket because it won’t power up on my old usb cords

Great Radar I am very satisfied

One of the problems is you can't power on the unit to use with the computer which would make installation easier instead of sitting in the car to power on the unit with the cigarette lighter and having to use the computer in the front seat of the car. I am still trying to figure out all of the features of Drive Smarter. You should at least include a way to download a manual to assist in this learning process. Between explanations are needed.

The people I talked to were very helpful, but the product just wasn't that great. It works my god, you have to use your feet to pull the cord and straighten it out long enough to use it

I am a bit disappointed with the max 4, I had the IXc, and so far I'd say it's the same detector. But now I get all the alerts I didn't with the IXc. I understand it learns as it goes. But from what I've seen this is the same thing I already had. I was told this was a good upgrade. I'd say I got bad info.
