Ordered the new power cord that allows you to plug into “c” connection in your car rather than the now nonexistent cigarette lighters! Shipping as always is fast and prompt!

Great products, like any electronic device, think twice before updating. Everything changed from what I viewed as normal! I hope it still works as designed.

Needs a better App to make adjustments to the detector. Other then that it works great. Fix the app I'll change to 5 stars.

Shipping was pretty good, even though UPS kept changing the time.

The mount fell apart after several years on my windshield in the sun. So I had to replace it. Customer Service was excellent and I received the replacement in only a few days. I do feel, however, that when a part fails, you should not have to pay shipping after you pay for the replacement part.

Online purchase process was easy. Post purchase support has been good.
