All good, but for the $800!, Escort should furnish a decent manual explaining setup and how to improve radar settings. What ya get is barely any good at all.

I liked the idea of using this for my escort Redline, but after using it on 2 of my vehicles I found out these newer vehicles use a smart charging system. So by having this charging system the radar will turn off intermittently. I discovered this originally with my cobra just using the cigarette lighter for power. Now with the escort I learned this on my trip. The redline and m2 did fine for 1st 3-4 hours then powered off. It powered itself back on maybe 5 minutes later and continued the cycle throughout my trip. So I wouldn’t this power supply for newer vehicles. I will now have to order the hardwire kit and modify it to use with the fuse box instead of a wire tap. Worst part is I bought 3 of the OBD power supplies not knowing this would happen.
