Wonderful

Escort did a great job as always. I bought several different radar detectors from them over the last 40 years and they just do fantastic!!! I bought my first radar detector in 1979 and I've only used escort ever since!!

Easy

Excellent Product and Outstanding Performance! Easy to purchase and fast shipping! This is my second Escort radar detector, and I couldn’t be happier with the brand. My previous Escort lasted at least 10 years until the mount broke, causing the detector to fall and break. I took that as a good excuse to upgrade to a new one! I love the features Escort offers, especially the impressive detection range. The quality, reliability, and performance are why I chose Escort again. After getting a decade of use out of my first one, I had no hesitation about buying another. Highly recommend Escort radar detectors to anyone looking for quality, performance, and long-lasting reliability. Five stars all the way!

Outstanding

Great

I had to ask 4 times where the item was. It was supposed to come with my $200 repair but was not in the box (not to mention my repair was not completed properly and it had to go back). There was ZERO communications it would ship without. I called and spoke with Jose who was not very happy to assist, saying it was hard to believe I didn’t get it, and it was like I was a nuisance not a valued customer. He promised the missing cord and mount would ship asap, but didn’t again either no comms back to me. I reached out several more times all saying it was on the way, until the last agent informed me it’s on back order and he didnt know that on the last time I had asked. Poor communication on this, and not feeling like a value customer doesn’t feel like you stand behind your services. I have your products in 4 cars and have recommended you, but service is lacking. It’s a shame because that goes back to your policies, procedures, people and training. All fixable

Purchase went well. The discount made me buy.

excellent oem StickyCup (Passport Max/Max2)! replacement part

I've been a customer for quite some time. And I will recommend you to friends and family.

always good

Good

Fast shipping

Website is very easy to navigate and perfect product description making it simple to compare detectors and pick the right one.

Ordered after hours on 9/22 and paid for the optional 2 day ups shipping to have it on time for my trip on 9/27. Shipping was delayed in route and delivery was late on 9/28. Called customer service early 9/28 to see if they could refund shipping charges due to late delivery, their response was no and I could refuse delivery if I wasn’t happy, and yes I would still be out the shipping. Maybe that would have been the best decision since I still don’t know how good it works. Another trip coming up so I am hoping it works since my 30 days will be up by the time I get back. Wonder how the competition handles their shipping issues???

It is great, easy to use.
