Sales was outstanding, had a few issues which was caused due to not having an internet connection during the initial setup. Finding the right location to make those definitions afterwards took several calls and texting with support. Running fine now and MUCH quieter regarding false positives compared to the older model detector. (which still worked)

Expected it to arrive within the said 2-day delivery. . . arrived a week later. Also, would be nice to address folks driving a Tesla. Review say the windows in Tesla vehicle block 90% of the detection. . .

1500 miles at 90 miles an hour no ticket

The Defender software is incorrect on alerting a camera in Albuquerque, NM at Tramway and Lomas. The camera is detecting South bound and the software is alerting North bound.

Escort does a great job - had the Redline 360 for the past year & it performs flawlessly, worth every penny. This purchase was to hard wire the detector from my fuse box - every step went perfectly. During the buying process I spoke with two people, one was very knowledgeble and the other one was dumb.

I reached out to get a new suction cup for my windshield as the sticky head just disintegrated after five years of use. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful and sent me a lead directly to pay with my card so I didn't have to give them my number over the phone. It came in within about 10 days and it was exactly what I needed!
