I orderer something a month ago and still has not arrived

Delivery took a bit longer due to the holidays, but the company that delivered the chair did a good job. Friendly employees and very helpful.

Very good chair. The delivery is a bit slow but it wasn’t difficult to get updates. The customer service was helpful. Delivery guys delivered right to the spot that I wanted.

Changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars because they fixed the issue, the initial review is below. I like my chair and i would have given it a 5 star review and i appreciate that they fixed the situation but i don't think the experience below is to be fully forgotten either, so i'm leaving it at a 4. Initial review: The chair was broken on arrival. The packaging is horrendous. One leg of the chair was outside the box and another one was broken inside and the chair i received is ultimately unuseable. To add insult to injury, the delivery happened unexpectedly after 4 weeks of radio silence from steelcase. I contacted the customer support a couple of times and received no information whatsoever, and i was called by the transport company the morning it was going to be delivered. This is unacceptable and there is no way to quickly contact steelcase to solve the issue. There is no phone number on their local website and i have to rely on email communication and they do take their time with sending replies.

Great delivery service and communication. The shipping company Steelcase contracted communicated in advance for the desired delivery time. The driver arrived on time and was very careful when offloading. The product is easy to assemble and with great quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Recientemente tuve una experiencia desafiante con Steelcase. Adquirí una silla valorada en 1100€ que lamentablemente resultó tener defectos de fábrica. Durante casi un año, me vi involucrado en un proceso largo y tedioso de constantes correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas, en un esfuerzo por resolver el problema. A pesar de mis intentos demostrables, la compañía decidió no reparar la silla, optando en cambio por reembolsar el importe pagado. Este proceso no solo consumió mucho de mi tiempo y esfuerzo, sino que también fue económicamente exigente. Aunque finalmente decidí comprar la misma silla de Steelcase nuevamente, debido a que el modelo en sí me gusta por su relación calidad/precio y esta nueva unidad parece estar libre de defectos, no puedo pasar por alto el año de esfuerzos continuos y la atención que se requirió para abordar el problema inicial. A pesar de que he adquirido otro producto de Steelcase, siento que es importante compartir mi experiencia para que otros consumidores estén informados y la compañía pueda mejorar su servicio al cliente en el futuro

No te indican nada sobre el envio. De repente un dia llega sin saber nada. Y no fue en pocos dias (tardo mas de 2 semanas)

Bit long delivery time (stated upfront), but superb product.

Very satisfied with the shipping. After about 2-3 weeks of waiting (as expected, Steelcase also says this on their website) I was able to choose the date of delivery and I was able to track the exact hour + minute they were going to be at my door. The two people who delivered it were very kind and offered to place it wherever I wanted it.

My chair was delivered over 2 weeks late without proactive communication of delays. When calling the number on the website about the status of my order, I was advised that online orders can only be supported via email. While email communication was relatively swift, I ultimately had to chase down the logistic company handling my delivery myself to only be informed 30 minutes before the delivery that it was happening that very same day.

The lumbar support is too weak. The back of the chair should give better support, and the mesh is easy to be bent even with one hand. Plastic plastic plastic plastic, almost no metal parts. 6 weeks for delivery instead of 3.

Porque es una silla confortable.

De repente puedo andar tras trabajar 10h sentada. El bajo de mi espalda no sufre a penas. Muy fácil montaje y entrega correcta.
