Terrific. Made another purchase.

The rugs were worth the wait!

Beginning with the order, sending multiple emails asking for shippingudates, only to to recieve canned emails that says we’ll get back to you by a certain time. I sure am glad the rug in sale, because it’s paper thin, has creases in it that won’t go away not a good experience at all. Will post my opinion on Instagram and Facebook.

easier than buying a phone. . . thank you!

Great experience, swatches shipped very quickly and once decided the delivery process was seamless.

Great product and Customer Service!

5-star customer service and loved the sampling process to confirm the color/design we purchased. Highly recommend using Ernesta!

Beautiful rug

Process of choosing with samples and receiving rug was easy. Beautiful runner.

Excellent

Love the thick, plush feel of this elegant rug. It makes the whole room more elegant.

Very Nice and fast

excellent communication

the order was painless - my questions were all answered and I was sent an invoice. The whole process was so nice. The rug was wrapped really well - arrived in a huge thunderstorm and it was no problem.

excellent!!! love the rug!!!

great job!

Shows everything.

Perfect every time. The best quality, extremely durable, and beautiful to look at.

Fantastic experience! I love Ernesta!

Gorgeous rug! The quality is outstanding and it cleans very well. I love that you can order the custom size that fits your space. My favorite feature is that you can add the rubber backing to the mat. It is SO much better than using a rug pad that always slips out and shows. I will definitely order again! Thanks so much!
