Good service and follow up.

Disappointed in the customer service. The rug itself is great but it arrived with a large gash in the underside (I got the attached non-slip mat). For what I paid, it should not have arrived with a rip, and I should have gotten a response to the email I sent with photos of the rip. The rug itself is lovely

The rugs look great! My only advice would be that sales people not automatically add the rug pad to the rugs without telling you. I got an estimate and the rug pad addition was annoying
