The Ernesta staff are great. The samples arrived quickly and are a good size (12” x 12”). I accidentally placed a duplicate order in error (the first one didn’t seem to go through). Support staff was very response and cancelled the duplicate order right away. Good service.

The process of working with Ernesta is easy and well thought through. We had some questions and we got prompt and clear answers. The rug itself is gorgeous. Being able to customize the size is a big plus.

I liked the ability to get decent-sized samples and the ability to send them back for free. Delivery took a bit longer than I would have liked, and it took me about 10 minutes to cut through all the tape used for packaging — but the rug came through in good shape.

Bought samples. Ordered rugs. Simple and easy and came well packaged and protected from dirt. Love the new rugs!

Except for the fact that we were not told that the rug was out of stock at the time I ordered it, everything else went smoothly and Ernesta did their best to get the rug to me as soon as possible. Thanks!

I was so impressed with this rug. A decent 4x6 rug is hard to find, and Ernesta had the size. It’s is amazing quality and customer service is very quick to reply to any questions. Will be purchasing again from this company!

i love the indoor/outdoor runner rug I purchased …and the sales person I connected with was helpful in answering questions/making a selection. The entire process was seamless!

The process to order samples and then the eventual rug was easy. Even returning the sample was easy with the pre-prepared package provided to return them in.

Ernesta is great . I got a bunch of samples and they gave me a prepaid package to send back . When I e mail them to ask a question , the response time is a little slow to be honest . But I’m happy with my rug in the end !
