I was so happy that I could order 5 samples for a nominal amount and then order another 5 when I still wasn't sure what I wanted to choose. The customer service rep was very nice. I ended up loving my new rug! Since the rug was for a very long wide hallway, rugs from other vendors were not even close to the right size, so Ernesta was a great find with custom measurements.

I just happened to wander in to the perfect rug shop — on the UES — for replacing wall to wall carpeting in two bedrooms downtown; a random discovery of a place with profoundly beautiful options and a lovely, thoughtful and dedicated staff. Totally pro on delivery and installation and the rooms are simply transformed. Lotsa stars in my rating.

First time ordering with Ernesta. Samples were very very useful and they include a pre paid mailer to send them back when finished. So important to actually feel the material before purchasing. Once I placed an order received my rug within 10 days!

Loved the fact that I could order samples, which were large enough to assess in my home. I think the fact that Ernesta also sends a return postage paid bag in which to return the samples is brilliant; less in our landfill and they can be re-used. Very easy to order a rug in my exact measurements. Shipping time was appropriate given that the rug is custom. All in all, very please with this company.

The sample sizes are ideal. Really helped me make my final decision. And the rug itself is exactly what I expected. High quality, durable, and a great fit for a busy room.
