Easy to order - great to get samples, easy to return samples. And then easy to order rug and delivered carefully as promised, and wrapped super well.

Would not order here again. I spent over $600 on a rug and it came over an inch too large and won't fit in my very specific space. I reached out to customer service and they offered zero resolution , only pointed out that their "policy" allows for a two inch variance. I got and paid for a custom rug because I needed it for a very specific space.

The color is so wildly different from the depicted color on the site that it’s shocking. Despise the rug I hot.

I love how the company fought ahead with adding a return bag for the samples, having a consult consultant you can call and talk through your ideas. And I love that you can customize the size to fit your needs. If I need more rugs, I will be looking here first.
