Corners of the rug do not lie flat inspite of the rug being backed and on the floor for a month.

We are very pleased with this rug. The quality is excellent; the wool is soft on barefoot; and the color palette is subtle. The rug is beautiful and the price is very competitive. I will definitely shop at Ernesta again and already referred a friend here.

I like having the mat attached to the rug. The rug seemed smaller than I ordered. I ordered the same size from another company and it was a pinch bigger. Quality seems fine.

Very helpful staff at the Bethesda store. Katy helped me get my order organized and it was so easy to place when I was ready. The delivery staff were also terrific, they helped me place the rug in the room, they were detail oriented and respectful of the property.

Rug and delivery was good. Minimum price of $450 for a small custom rug is unreasonable. Especially when a customer orders more than one rug.

Excellent quality and very fast delivery

I wish I could leave a review as requested but, ironically, you are asking me to review rugs ordered on April 16, 2026, that still have not been installed…. I ordered the Ernesta rugs because because the promised 2-4 weeks from order to delivery fit my renovation and move-in schedule. Only two weeks after my order did I learn that Audrey Sky was backordered (although the website continued to assert the 2-4 week delivery estimate for Audrey Sky throughout this whole period). To add insult to injury, when the rugs were finally delivered on 7/18 — despite my filling out the White Glove Delivery online form noting that the rooms were on the second floor — only a two-man Ryder team dropped the rugs in my foyer and assured me that they would be back on 7/27 with a four man team for the install. No show on 7/27, and despite repeated calls to Ryder no date to complete the install. So, the rugs sit in my foyer….

After two weeks rug has developed a snag or run and bits of fiber are coming loose.
