Everything was smooth and communication was perfect

I am very pleased with this rug. Love that I could order a custom size for under my round kitchen table. The rug looks lovely in the space. Having the samples and the "see it in your room" option on the website made ordering less stressful. Turn around time on the rug was very reasonable. Will definitely order from Ernesta again.

The rugs were worth the wait!

Beginning with the order, sending multiple emails asking for shippingudates, only to to recieve canned emails that says we’ll get back to you by a certain time. I sure am glad the rug in sale, because it’s paper thin, has creases in it that won’t go away not a good experience at all. Will post my opinion on Instagram and Facebook.
