I now have a total of 4 Celeste area rugs. Two of which are chocolate in color and two are the latte color. These rugs are beautiful! I have one of the chocolate colored rugs in the family room. These rugs wear amazingly well and do not shed like lesser quality rugs. You do need to adjust your vacuum cleaner head to clean them as they are very plush. An A+ for Celeste!

Easy and fast!

I paid $200. extra on shipping to have it delivered to my house with the understanding rugs would be placed in my house, but all they did was drop it at the entrance to my home. . . very disapointting

On time and on budget - what more could I ask?

Though we looked first at the online store after getting an ad on instagram, there is a store location in our neighborhood which is where we purchased our rug. Our experience in the store was great and it didn't take us long to make a choice as we found exactly what we were looking for with Indie's help. Delivery was speedy and the day of I was contacted and knew when to expect the guys who were right on time- early actually, they texted ahead to see if it was okay to be early-very good service. If a white glove service was available to have professionals put it down I think we would partake. It's a lot of work getting it unpacked and on the floor, we accomplished it but it was hard work with a 9x12 rug. The rug is beautifully made and of high quality. , we love it. It looks great it our room and we are super happy with it.

The rugs are quality. I ordered two different sets of samples, a very easy process, and made a decision. The rug is perfect. It’s just the size my space required and came in a reasonable amount of time. I had ordered another rug from a well known store and would have to wait months. I canceled my order with them after I saw how much less the rug with Ernesta was going to cost and how much sooner I could get it. This is the second time I have made a purchase with them. I will order more when I get to my cottage this summer. I especially like the add on no slip backing.

First off - rug is super high quality, so no argument there. It’s well made and perfect size down to the inch. Main complaint is the Linen color is nowhere near as warm/neutral in person as it looks online. Obviously something I could’ve solved for by ordering a swatch, but the lead time for the rug was so long that we didn’t have time to add an additional 1-2 weeks to receive a swatch. Lead time in general was brutal, ended up being 6 weeks from order to delivery. Only other thing is the “cozy” feeling is subjective. It’s tight woven wool which I see as cozy, but my wife disagrees. If you think soft, plush, cushy when you hear “cozy” I’d recommend ordering a swatch before buying just to make sure it’s your type of cozy.
