Shipped quickly

Shipping was quick, great customer service

Love the rug and custom size. Great experience working with Yashmarie and the team at the Fairfax store who provided design guidance. Also, helpful receiving several samples to see in my space before purchasing. Overall great experience. Thank you!

Outstanding service. Highest marks.

Really nice!

Great rug!

Great service and fast delivery

delivery was very easy

Love our new rug…. the entire ordering process was great! Wonderful communication from company.

Came exactly when promised and was thoughtfully packaged. The customer experience was exceptional.

Rug is beautiful

Excellent. Process was simple and seamless, delivery was prompt and product is quality

My rug arrived well packaged and is absolutely beautiful. It is great quality and has a nice feel underfoot. There could have been better communication from customer service about a shipping delay. I get that lots of factors play in to meeting a shipping date, but when those things happen, a quick update is always appreciated.

I had been eying an ernesta rug for quite some time and so glad I pulled the trigger. It is a beautiful addition to our dining room. It took some time to arrive but was worth the wait for a custom option and delivery was excellent. Looks beautiful in my home and I’m already on the hunt for another!

Was promptly created and shipped as per their estimated times.

Nice quality love the color and texture. Looks great as my outdoor front porch mat.

From showroom , through ordering to delivery all was done with care, concern and professionalism

While I love the rug I had a very bad experience with your delivery service. It took 3 attempts to finally get it. The logistics company Ryder sent an email, text or phone call several times a day to schedule a delivery even after speaking with an employee at the company. It was extremely annoying and unnecessary.

Quick shipping!
