Had this rug for less than a month and it is already unraveling at the edge. Shipping was fast, the color is great in person, but the quality appears very poor. I have never had this happen with any rug I've ever owned, including another one previously purchased from Ernesta. Disappointed.

My rug is wonderful. The ordering was easy. Delivery was frustrating. I asked them to deliver it to a specific room, provided them with details, included that there were stairs. Delivery said ‘to the room of my choice. ’ However, when the rug was delivered, they refused to carry it up the stairs. I had to pay handymen to handle this.
