Super easy experience!

I had a very disappointing experience with Customer Rug. I paid nearly $1,000 for a rug, and when it arrived it was about 2 inches shorter than the listed size. When I contacted customer service, they told me this was “within their acceptable size tolerance” and refused to offer any meaningful solution. For a purchase at this price point, I expected the rug to match the advertised dimensions much more closely. A difference of a couple inches might not sound like a lot, but when you’re ordering a rug for a specific space, it absolutely matters. It feels misleading to advertise a specific size and then hide behind fine print when the product doesn’t match. Between the high cost and the lack of accountability, the whole experience left me feeling like I wasted my money. I would strongly recommend buyers double-check the company’s sizing policies before ordering, because what you receive may not match what you think you’re paying for.

Shipping and size were good

I really love the rug. The bonding around the edge is very well done and I especially like the fact that the padding is attached to the rug instead of separate.

I was so happy that I could order 5 samples for a nominal amount and then order another 5 when I still wasn't sure what I wanted to choose. The customer service rep was very nice. I ended up loving my new rug! Since the rug was for a very long wide hallway, rugs from other vendors were not even close to the right size, so Ernesta was a great find with custom measurements.
