Gorgeous rug! The quality is outstanding and it cleans very well. I love that you can order the custom size that fits your space. My favorite feature is that you can add the rubber backing to the mat. It is SO much better than using a rug pad that always slips out and shows. I will definitely order again! Thanks so much!

The Ernesta staff are great. The samples arrived quickly and are a good size (12” x 12”). I accidentally placed a duplicate order in error (the first one didn’t seem to go through). Support staff was very response and cancelled the duplicate order right away. Good service.

The process of working with Ernesta is easy and well thought through. We had some questions and we got prompt and clear answers. The rug itself is gorgeous. Being able to customize the size is a big plus.

It would have been very nice but it frayed after first vacuuming.

Customer service was very helpful and attentive.

I liked the ability to get decent-sized samples and the ability to send them back for free. Delivery took a bit longer than I would have liked, and it took me about 10 minutes to cut through all the tape used for packaging — but the rug came through in good shape.
