Delivery company did not present COI, led to issues at my HOA

Please let me know how we can resolve this. . love the way the rug looks in the space . . but we have only had it down in our new space for less than a month. We are lobbyists in the State of Alabama with a brand new office space . . so we’re excited about the rug. We have a thick pad underneath it.

The shipping took forever due to a warehouse close down.

A really good experience.

I ordered probably 15-20 different samples, all very nice. This one caught my eye and was perfect for our dining space. The chairs slide nicely across it. The spill protection was worth every penny. I’ve had a minor spill with clear liquid and it pooled on top of the surface and was easy to clean up. It was expensive, and I’ve had a little buyer’s remorse. But nothing compared to the love I have for the quality, look, and feel of this rug. Do yourself a favor and buy a high quality rug to go under your high quality table.

Shipping wasn't bad and was delivered within standard two weeks. Packaging was pretty simple and didn't have any issues unraveling. Needless to say, I think it's pretty good value.

Product is great. Delivered on time and condition was good. Packaging was exceptional (took awhile to get the wrapping off!) Only complaint is the delivery tracking could be better. A few days after my order it was said to be in the first phase of shipping and then there was 2 weeks of silence. When I called it seemed to stir activity and I got the rug a few days later.
