After two weeks rug has developed a snag or run and bits of fiber are coming loose.

Great

Great rug quality and delivery. Thank you!!

Very good

Delivery was 3 hours late

Whole process from order in to receiving te rug was smoothe.

The rug is beautiful but the corners will not stay flat.

The service was impeccable! Quick shipping also.

Everything was great from ordering to shipping to delivery. Arrived faster than I expected but I was happy with the service at every point.

Helpful and nice sized samples

Best rug ever

Good customer service

Will be a repeat customer and will highly recommend!

Unhappy with how rug was made but feel stuck with your no return policy

Everything was smooth and communication was perfect

I am very pleased with this rug. Love that I could order a custom size for under my round kitchen table. The rug looks lovely in the space. Having the samples and the "see it in your room" option on the website made ordering less stressful. Turn around time on the rug was very reasonable. Will definitely order from Ernesta again.

As noted in the first part of the review, the rugs are not what we ordered.

Great rug and easy to custom order.

Love my carpet and attached backing good quality delivery no problems

Perfect rug. Great shopping experience.
