Takes 2 weeks to sort issue under warranty. If a part is faulty and needs replacing you should deliver it via special courier so families are not left without a buggy and no means of transportation. Inconsiderate and disappointing

I must say I feel
I must say I feel quite disappointed with the response I’ve received. For a product that costs €350, I expected a higher level of service and responsibility from a brand like ErgoBaby. At the moment, there seems to be no spare parts available, no alternative solutions offered, and no real accountability taken. This leaves the impression that the brand is not standing behind its products, which is frustrating and honestly very discouraging as a customer. I truly hope ErgoBaby reconsiders its after-sales approach, because it would be a shame for such a well-known brand to lose customer trust over issues that could be handled in a more responsible way. I kindly ask you to re-evaluate my case and provide at least a practical alternative or compensation that reflects the value and trust I placed in this product. Kind regards,

I couldn't buy through the web (was buying from Spain), so I had to write to costumer service. It took more than a day to get a response and didn't get a solution quickly, actually I almost didn't buy the product that I wanted because it was frustrating and time consuming. It took more than a week to buy an online product, which is ironic as normally it should not take more than 15 minutes to buy something online.

We went to our first holiday with the little one and I can not recommend more Ergobaby,I also have another brand but can not compare!10/10! Also a plus is for easy jet is accepted inside the airplane! Love it

Os escribí mi problema del envío de Ergobaby Hebilla macho pequeña para cintura, pectoral y tirantes. Su Order # 10000021491.
Hola, el 23/8/25 realicé la compra de Ergobaby Hebilla macho pequeña para cintura, pectoral y tirantes. Su Order # 10000021491. El pedido se nos envió con la compañía DHL. El order number es: W10000021491 y se nos proporcionó el tracking number UF22345350DE, para poder seguir el pedido. Mando captura de la imagen. Cuando seleccionaba la URL del tracking number, me redireccionaba a una página que dice que ¨no se puede encontrar esta página (nolp. dhl. de)¨. Mando captura de la imagen. Como vimos que no podiamos saber donde se encontraba nuestro pedido, buscamos en la página Universal Parcel Tracking - Global Package Tracking y nos llevamos la sorpresa de que la empresa que tiene nuestro pedido refiere que ¨la dirección es incorrecta. La dirección de destino no es correcta y se procede a la devolución¨. Mando captura de la imagen. Nos gustaría que se solucione este problema puesto que la dirección de destino es la correcta y no comprendemos la devolución del envío. ¿Serían tan amables de enviarnos el pedido?
