Carrier works well but hasn’t felt like a major upgrade from a carrier that cost half the price. We were very disappointed with customer service after there was a mix up with a couple of promotions. We bought the carrier as part of the Mother’s Day promotion where we were supposed to get a free Embrace carrier. When going to buy the carrier we got a pop up saying we could save 15% off on our first order. Both that coupon & free carrier showed up in checkout cart, however, we only received the 360 carrier and found that only the 15% got applied on the final order. Customer service basically said there should have been a message saying only one deal could be applied (there wasn’t) and then their only solution was to give us a small coupon to then pay them MORE money to buy the Embrace carrier. Will not be buying from ergobaby again and will/do not recommend it to others.

Feel mislead and disappointed in customer service. The carrier works as intended but will be recommending other companies.

Works as expected

The website is easy and straight forward to navigate, but had some issues with ID. me upon checkout. Luckily, customer service was helpful and took care of the problems I couldn’t fix on my end. The customer representative was kind, helpful, and understanding. Thanks Ergobaby!

Terrible customer service and dishonest business dealings. I returned the stroller but never received a refund despite them receiving it. NBD I thought, just an error, so I emailed customer service. The customer service rep closed the query before resolving my issue, and ergobaby did not respond to any of my follow up emails. Totally untrustworthy- take your money elsewhere!

Uncomfortable & hard to use

We trust the Ergo brand and use multiple Ergo items - a bouncer and 2 carriers. They are comfortable, versatile, adaptable and pretty easy to clean. We recommend the brand and are likely to purchase from Ergo in the future. Ergobaby. com is fairly easy to navigate and it is great there are certified pre-owned items available.

Love it!! I love the pockets, baby fits perfectly front and back facing. He enjoys being in it and he doesn’t feel so heavy or tire me out as much

Metro 3: I do like the reclining seat and how light the stroller is, however, the basket on the bottom is way too small. The frame bar on the back gets in the way of the basket. My diaper bag does not fit, I have to shove it under with force and pry it out. It is also hard to close. The buttons are hard to push and they get stuck most times when I try to close it. Not sure if I received a faulty stroller but the Metro 3 I received from Amazon was very easy to open and close. I returned the Amazon one and ordered directly from ergobaby because it was cheaper with a promo code. Now I wish I had kept the Amazon one or went with the Nuna. Will check the return options since I’ve only had the stroller less than a month.
