The stroller is very difficult to unfold. I took a video of how difficult it has been to open and sent it to customer service and they indicated that it did not look damaged and instead indicated that it requires "practice. " This is a stroller, not rocket science. I have since returned the stroller. I DO NOT recommend this stroller AT ALL and customer service was incredibly unhelpful to the point of gaslighting me and my inability to open the stroller as smoothly as has been shown in their marketing videos.

Slow shipping but very happy with product

I bought this as an option to have a smaller stroller for travel than the one I had l. After using it for awhile I wish I would have looked elsewhere. Its stability was questionable even with minimal extra weight added. It is impossible to open with one hand and very difficult to close with one hand, which were features I looked forward to. The cup holder is useless, doesn’t stay put even with nothing added. I also bought the optional snack tray and while I like the swing open option, I dislike that I have to take it off when closing the stroller every time. Wanted this to be great. Definitely falls short and wouldn’t recommend.

Customer service is the best in the land

This was a nice addition to have since baby loves to chew on the carrier every time! Fast shipping too. While it isn’t as absorbent as I would have liked (maybe if it were a little thicker, it could absorb more), it is a nice barrier of protection that’s machine washable and helps combat the extra drool!

Shipping was fast but the order process itself wasn’t functioning. They do have a discount for healthcare personnel but it wasn’t working so I had to email back & forth for about 2-3 days before getting the discount applied. Getting in touch with a person is extremely annoying because its difficult. No phone number to reach quickly. Just snail mail
