I do not regret buying this. It also helps carrying the stroller folded and makes it more practical if attached. The only thing is it should be included with the stroller, is a little silly to have the customer buy it separately.

Nothing but trouble. Shipped to the wrong address couldn't get through to the third party delivery service and customer service was absolutely zero help.

It took a month to schedule the delivery, On Trac said they delivered but the package is no where to be found. Ergobaby was unconcerned and reluctantly offered to reship the item when I requested a refund. I have no confidence I’ll ever get the item I purchased or my money back!

I’ve tried quite a few carriers now that we’re on baby number two and this is one of the most comfortable and practical ones you can get. For example I tried one of the popular (other brand) carrier but the straps only cross in the back which put so much pressure on my neck. This carrier has a cross strap in the back which helps distribute weight evenly. The other popular brands don’t have sunshades or pockets to hold your phone, wallet, etc. There’s just too many features in this one that others are missing. I’m now on my second one and want another just to have more prints.

Excellent product

It’s high quality, well made, and my baby feels secure sitting in it. The only issue is that there’s only one size and it doesn’t tighten enough, i have it as tight as possible and i feel like my baby is sitting too low on my body. I’m 5’8 and my baby is 8 months for reference. I believe it says it’s rated for 6 months so either they need it to be more adjustable, they need a smaller size, or it should be only for toddlers/ bigger babies.

This item is good in theory but not very useful in reality. The straps are very hard to adjust both on and off your body even if you are getting assistance from another person. The bucket seat hit right under my little one’s legs and would eventually cut off circulation. It was also very hard getting my little one adjusted into the seat correctly. Wish it worked out better for us!
