We purchased this sofa about five months ago and have been very happy with its design, comfort, and overall quality. It’s stylish, well-made, and a great addition to our home. However, the initial delivery experience was disappointing. The delivery team handled the sofa carelessly, causing it to fall during the process, which resulted in internal damage and creaking noises over time. Fortunately, EQ3’s customer service team was exceptional. They took our concerns seriously, responded promptly, and arranged for a full replacement without hesitation. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Despite the delivery issue, the way EQ3 handled the situation reassured us of the company’s values, and we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Once I received the email that the stools were back in stock it was easy to order them. I was updated about the delivery and recieved the package no problem. The stools were easy to assemble. They look great and are super comfy!

Installation can seem daunting but template provided (or alternatively, packing foam) makes it doable. Providing screws and anchors would be useful.
