Service is great, bench was shipped and delivered within days of ordering! It was easy to assemble and looks very good. However, it’s a little uncomfortable since the depth is a bit shallow, but overall would purchase again from EQ3!

I was disappointed with the delivery times - we were quoted 7-12 weeks when we ordered the sofa and it ended up taking 17. 5 weeks. It is a beautiful and comfortable sofa though and we’re very happy with our purchase. I would just anticipate delays if ordering custom.
