Item was shipped out within a month, and I received it once it was shipped within 2 days. The fabric was packaged very well and is beautiful.

The chairs are beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. Ordering online from EQ3 can feel a bit unusual, as you don’t receive a shipping confirmation / delivery tends to take longer than expected—especially considering the high shipping fee. That said, the quality of the chairs makes it worthwhile. Overall, I would still highly recommend.

Canadian, quality comfort and class. Ordering was very easy, selection of materials was fantastic and allowed for a perfect match to my home decor. Sofa was delivered within the three month window, even here to Vancouver Island. I wholeheartedly recommend!
