Excellent service! Great products!

We love our green couch! We had no issues with shipping or customer service. We opted out of white glove delivery to save money and the couch was very straightforward to put together with two people working on it. It is very comfortable, but not so much that we feel we are sinking into it. It is sturdy and seems well made. The only slight downside to mention is that we have noticed a slight bit of pilling in some spots.

Quality product and looks beautiful. The fabric is not ideal for a couch as it picks up so much dust and hair. So if you own a pet like we do, you are cleaning it frequently.

I like my new Moon Lift Bed but I find it too heavy to lift on my own. I suggest a small improvement to add an electric lift option.

Quality of Marcel Drawer Storage bed seems great although the slatted mattress support seems a bit flimsy for its intended purpose. The supplier of our new mattress indicates we need to add more slats and/ or replace the slatted support with plywood in order to maintain warranty. Otherwise, the furniture build quality seems very good.

Many colour and fabric previews for the sofa were broken on the website (would display one configuration when it obviously does not match the icon), which meant that there were fewer choices. It was not entirely clear that there would be no assembly for the sofa, but fortunately, everything worked out.
