I am not able at this time to rate my Engel Lithium-ion Rechargeable Live Bait Aerator pump. I tried to charge up the battery before initial use and the Pump continues to run. The pump will not turn off while plugged in. Am I missing something ?

I received an HD30 cooler that I ordered through Amazon. Out of the box/bag the cooler has a large streak of what looks to be paint on it. I tried to scrub it off. It obviously doesn't effect performance but when spending this much on a cooer I'd expect it to arrive in new condition. The company said it is an Amazon issue. Read the reviews on Amazon before you buy from this comapny!
