The strap on my cooler came loose several times causing it to hit the ground while walking. Now I have a latch that won’t stay closed. For what I paid I expected better quality. Definitely wouldn’t buy another

I’m normally a frozen water bottle, keep everything cold most of the day at work type of guy. Had a chance to test out the ice packs, these things are amazing. Cooler one seemed to work like every other ice pack. The freezer one, turned my water bottle ice cold after 10 hours. Amazing! Whatever the secret juice is, it’s magic!

The customer service guy was rude and I think we shouldn’t have to pay for delivery insurance ti make sure we get the product

For the price. Meh! My previous 30qt ozark trail cooler from Walmart holds ice and ice packs twice as long and cost 60% less. Why it doesn’t come with metal hinges already for the back makes no sense either

The product fell apart the second time I used it . Not made to handle the weight of 30qts of water !one of the latches broke so now I can’t carry it by the handle. Very very flimsy product for the $160+ I spent
