I purchased my Engel 45 and had a gasket issue. Linda from the warranty division immediately responded with multiple solutions. All covered under warranty. This type of service is why I will always buy an Engel cooler. They are worth it.

Awesome company

I forgot about my Engel Cooler on my outrigger beam and smashed it not once but 2 times. They are extremely tough coolers. I’m in the process of shopping for another one now. Still could use this one. But I’m gonna get another. For here on out Engel lunchbox coolers will be the only cooler I’ll ever buy.

Arrived quick, sturdy box

Not impressed

I recently purchased the 13 quart Engel cooler with lithium battery operated bubbler. Unfortunately, the bubbler was defective and did not charge properly. I contacted Linda at Engel and she tried to walk me through using the bubbler. When it became evident that that the bubbler was defective, Linda had me send a picture of the bubbler (with defective written on it) and sent me a new one no questions asked. I was very pleased with the service! Can't wait to use it!

When you buy from Engel, youre not just buying a product from a company that will forget you. Their customer service is incredible! As soon as my Engel aerator went defective due to a battery problem, almost 2 years after initial purchase, Engel honored their warranty period and sent me a brand new one a day after they received my old one. The whole time being helped and kept in communication with Engels support team. The product itself is absolutely incredible and definitely a buy once cry once purchase. Very satisfied with Engel and their amazing team!

Wonderful cooler

Just received my Thialand plastic made junk. What a joke. Sure, the latches are bulletproof, but the quality ends there. Think these are made in the US? Maybe made in FL where you think saltwater fishing and high quality equipment? Forget it!!! This thing was made in Thailand just like your run of the mill junk in Walmart. Yeah. . . . it's that high quality Walmart junk. For the price I paid for this, I could've bought ten(!) of the same pieces of junk at Walmart. This piece of junk is definitely going back. Not any where worth the money ($130) I paid for it. The didn't even make the hinges out of steel. They're cheap plastic junk. Waited a week for this junk to get here and had high hopes. NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! Do not let yourself be taken by this fraud of a company, they are a joke.
