We love Engage both the paddles as well as the company overall. We have been to the factory store several times and purchased both paddles as well as accessories. The people working in the store are so nice and helpful. We have been using engage paddles for several years now. We were surprised they we did not like the feel and response of the X2.

Paddle was a little longer than usual but not bad and support staff always get back to me in a very timely manner.
