I absolutely LOVE this paddle. If it’s “slightly used”, I’m not seeing it!!!

I had mis-ordered a couple of paddle grips that were going to go to an old address. I called engage and they quickly corrected the shipment to the right address and I received the grips (which are very, very good) promptly. Great company with friendly, accommodating service representatives.

Overall, the experience with Engage Pickleball was smooth and reliable. The ordering process was easy, the delivery was prompt, and the paddle arrived in good condition. One suggestion for future international shipments would be to package the paddles in a box. Overall, it was a great purchasing experience!

Shipping was good. Paddle not what I expected. Very light

I had asked for the lightest-weight paddle in stock, but they replied that they do not check the weights. The paddle did have a sticker on it indicating the weight. I wish someone could have looked at the paddles and selected the lightest one. Shipping was fast and accurate.

I have had a good experience now buying 2 of the demo paddles. The quality of both have been like new and the customer service has been outstanding. I love that there is still an option to return in the event I was not happy with the paddles.

All good with Engage in general but transitioning to a foam paddle is a work in progress for me. I'm hopeful I will learn the nuances of foam but was surprised at the big difference between honeycomb and foam.

The X2 Elongated has exceeded my expectations with respect to power and control. I took about a week to adjust from my old paddle but the balance that the paddle provides has allowed me to focus on further development of skills.

Been using this for about a week now and really happy with it so far. The build quality and finish are excellent — looks sleek and well-made, definitely stands out on the court. Comfortable grip and solid feel in hand. Still getting used to all its performance nuances since it's early days, but first impressions are great. Would recommend.

Love the paddle but wish it looked better. I definitely do not care for the bullseye logo.

I have played with my new paddle for a week and I am loving. Hats off to my rep Glenn Jordan of Cape Elizabeth, Maine for steering me to this paddle and allowing me to borrow one of his demo paddles. It really makes a difference. Plus I appreciate knowing that if I am not satisfied, I can return it with 30 days. This is my 2nd Engage paddle and I am a big fan.

I would have given it a higher rating if the package wasn’t opened and taped shut. Who knows for sure if it was used. I paid for new. It is a paddle. I am still getting used to it.

Engage offered me half off the new X2 with any trade in. Engage has always been excellent with their customer service and love dealing with them. However, I saw that shipping came from China and took about two weeks to get to me, even though Engage is based out of Florida and so am I.
