Easy and fast delivery.

The Engage Axiom Widebody paddle replaces a four-year old widebody paddle. I really like the longer handle, the better grip, the lighter weight, and of course, the improved control and power it is bringing to my game. The Engage website was easy to use to make my selection and purchase. Engage provided email updates throughout their ordering and shipping process. They also provided a direct link for tracking the delivery of my paddle while it was in transit. I'm very happy with my new paddle and the purchasing experience!

Team was excellent in responding to all my emails… They were timely and thorough… Unfortunately, the one they recommended that compare the most to my current paddle did not work for me…

Quick delivery, fast responses to questions, concerns. Thanks Engage

I enjoy the new paddle. It did take a little longer to get the Paddle than I was expecting. I was very disappointed in the packaging as it looked very unprofessional.

Good communication and service

Responsive company with quality products second to none.

No problems. Racquet is what I ordered.

A paddle usually has a range for weight. In the past I was able to ask for a specific weight and you would do your best to oblige. I can’t do that anymore and furthermore when it’s delivered I have no idea as to its actual weight.

All is good!!!

Great

very helpful efficient and took care of everything

I've had several days now playing with the Axiom and I truly believe it is a step-up from the Alpha Pro. Prior to the Axiom I was playing mostly with the X2, which is great, but I started playing again with the Alpha Pro, then the Axiom and for me I find the Gen 3 feel a little more satisfying. And the spin I can generate is incredible. Well done Engage!

Played with both the elongated and Widebody 16mm paddles. Prefer the Widebody, great control with power when needed

Love the paddle! Great job 👏

Always easy to do business with. Love Engage.

Shipped pretty quickly

Excellent customer service, very professional and quick response to process the paddle replacement. Highly recommended to everyone!

Fast shipping, quality product, excellent company to deal with. Packaging of paddle was great too.

I made a mistake with my selection, and they were able to make the adjustment without any hassle. Got love it!
