Engage company is wonderful to work with and they stand by their paddles. We have always received great customer service and the paddles are excellent.

Great PB paddle for one who likes to control the play at the kitchen.

Thanks for asking me to test out the new model.

As usual, Engage did a great job in making my order easy and shipping my new paddle to me quickly and am playing at an even higher level.

it was good

Everyone was so patient and helpful. Engage is a great company to deal with Thank you

They are very good to their referees and have purchased several paddle and bags from them in the past. This time I had to reselect the bag color twice and accept color not enamored with and the paddle as well, by the time everything was shipped was not in my 1st color choice. Most disappointing was that I researched which companies still made paddles in the USA and not China, only to learn this latest paddle was shipped to me from China. Made in USA is important to me.

Customer service phone line automatically disconnect because they are improperly staffed.

Great customer service. Second to none

Larger sweet spot and greater dwell time improve my game

Many thanks.

Best paddle in my bag, thanks Engage, power and control

Engage build consistent paddles, which give a nice pop and slight dwell. The Axiom is my 3rd Engage paddle, and I am happy to recommend. New level of grit is sweet.

The purchase of my new paddle was easy and I received it very quickly.

Responsive and receptive and results.

Professional and courteous as always.

You guys were great. Thank you Rowen for your help in getting my order correct and answering my questions promptly. Much appreciated!!

Love this new paddle. The price is reasonable. It has both power and spin. I highly recommend it

I received the wrong paddle after delayed shipping and have to wait for another shipment. Communication throughout has been ok, though.

I do like the improved grit, definitely helps over the earlier paddles which I found to be very good! The Axiom also had either increased power or the sound of the ball is more of a thud, but seems to work!
