I had a very good experience with customer service because I needed my pursuit 6. 0 EX paddle 's trim adjusted. They are very helpful and quick.

If this paddle was previously used I saw no indication of it. No marks or blemishes to be found and the handle was wrapped in plastic, which could have been applied upon return, but the grip looked new as well.

This is my fourth Engage paddle. I’ve only had the opportunity to use it twice but I’m pretty impressed. Good feel, lots of pop, and tons of spin. Also love the grip. It’s a little early to say my favorite but I honestly think that’s the direction I’m heading
