I recently purchased another "slightly used" paddle from Engage. I have to say that it came to me looking brand new. Not a scratch on it. no marks on the outside plastic protector or on the face of the paddle. I'd highly recommend that if you're budget sensitive, this is an excellent way to get a high end paddle at a fraction of the cost.

I have tried both the 14-16 mm power Alphas, lost control vs my pro1 that I have enjoyed playing playing w over a year, currently trying the alpha control which I have had for a week, presently still prefer the pro1, but will give the alpha control another week or two, I am an ex ambassador, Bob Pickett.

I had accidentally sent the paddle to our previous address. I had emailed the company to see how they could possibly assist. They emailed right back and were willing to help anyway that they could.
