Shipping, customer service and quality of the products is excellent. We have 3 Endy mattresses and 2 of the bed frames. LOVE the bed frames as they are so easy to put together and take apart if you needed to move them. Very sturdy when put together. The Mattresses are excellent quality, however not super firm, more like medium. I would love an ENDY mattress that was a true firm.
